Cancellations are strictly accepted while your order is in PENDING mode. Approved cancellations result in a full refund within 5–7 business days.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Returns are accepted for products that are physically damaged or defective. Such issues must be reported through the automated 'Return Item' button in your Collector Dashboard within 24 hours of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not permitted.
Exchanges are permitted for damaged items or scale discrepancies reported within 24 hours.
Price differences for higher-value exchanges must be settled before dispatch. If the replacement is lower in value, the difference is refunded within 1-2 business days.
