All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Our vault operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your exhibit has been manifested for pickup by our carrier partners, you will receive an AWB (Tracking ID) via email and in your collector dashboard to monitor its telemetry.
We utilize secure, insured logistics networks. Delivery costs (if any) are calculated live at checkout based on your Postal Code.
