01. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMELINES

All orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours of successful payment confirmation. Our fulfillment vault operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Once your exhibit has been manifested for courier pickup, an automated AWB (Airway Bill / Tracking ID) will be dispatched via SMS/Email and synced to your collector dashboard.

We partner with premium insured logistics networks (including BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees, and DTDC via Shiprocket) to ensure safe transit across India.

03. SHIPPING RATES & PROTECTIVE PACKAGING

Shipping fees (if applicable) are dynamically calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery pincode. Free shipping offers may apply to qualified order totals as indicated during promotional periods.

Collector-Grade Protection

Every scale model is individually wrapped in bubble insulation and encased in heavy-duty corrugated outer boxes to protect card corners and acrylic display cases during transit.
