01. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT AGREEMENT

By accessing, browsing, or completing a transaction on The Diecast Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting unauthorized access to your device. All actions taken under your logged-in account remain your sole responsibility.

02. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

All prices listed on our platform are formatted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Mandatory Payment Rule

Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly unavailable.

All scale model orders must be fully pre-paid via our PCI-DSS compliant checkout partner (Razorpay) using UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Net Banking.

03. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MERCHANT ENTITY

All proprietary logos, artwork, custom code, photographs, and layout designs on this platform belong exclusively to The Diecast Store. Third-party brand names (such as Hot Wheels, Mini GT, Tarmac Works, Inno64, Bburago, etc.) belong to their respective copyright holders and are used solely for model identification.

Official Merchant Entity Disclaimer

The Diecast Store legally operates under the registered commercial entity suchsreejan LLP. Shipment tracking communications, automated invoices, and logistics messages sent via partners like Shiprocket will indicate suchsreejan LLP as the official merchant.

04. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of the store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi or Kolkata, West Bengal. Prior to initiating litigation, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any disagreement through mutual written consultation.
