Third-party brand names (such as Hot Wheels, Mini GT, Tarmac Works, Inno64, Bburago, etc.) belong to their respective copyright holders and are used solely for model identification.

The Diecast Store legally operates under the registered commercial entity suchsreejan LLP. Shipment tracking communications, automated invoices, and logistics messages sent via partners like Shiprocket will indicate suchsreejan LLP as the official merchant.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of the store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi or Kolkata, West Bengal.
