The R8 made mid-engine supercars accessible to people who also wanted to use them as daily drivers — and it worked. A naturally aspirated V10 (shared with the Lamborghini Huracán, because they're siblings), all-wheel drive, and a design so clean it aged better than almost anything from its era. It also starred as Tony Stark's car in the Iron Man films, which boosted sales in ways Audi didn't anticipate.
